So I had this whole plan how we were going to get back on track and post a new years plan for the “Two Sisters Blog and Website” and then I broke my foot. I have been non- weight bearing for three weeks and one more to go. After that I will still be in a boot until fully healed. So I have been feeling really sorry for myself 😦 Poor me!!!
My plan for this week is to do chair yoga; I will let you know how that all works out. At the very least I can get some meditation time!
Look for an update next week from us about our EXCITING new ideas~~~~~~
According to Chinese tradition, the Rabbit brings a year in which you can catch your breath and calm your nerves. It is a time for negotiation. Don’t try to force issues, because if you do you will ultimately fail. To gain the greatest benefits from this time, focus on home, family, security, diplomacy, and your relationships with women and children. Make it a goal to create a safe, peaceful lifestyle, so you will be able to calmly deal with any problem that may arise.
Govinda Kai mentioned on his latest FB entry: “As we move from the year of the Tiger into the more calm and creative year of the Rabbit, see if you can take all the experiences of 2010 and begin to integrate them into your life from a spiritual perspective. This coming year will also have its own kind of intensity, but it will also not be as tumultuous as the past year.”
Wishing you a happy, healthy, blissful 2011!
Peace & Love,
Sharon & Maureen
