So I had this whole plan how we were going to get back on track and post a new years plan for the “Two Sisters Blog and Website” and then I broke my foot. I have been non- weight bearing for three weeks and one more to go. After that I will still be in a boot until fully healed. So I have been feeling really sorry for myself 😦 Poor me!!!
My plan for this week is to do chair yoga; I will let you know how that all works out. At the very least I can get some meditation time!
